Job Summary
As our Inside Sales Manager you will be a key part of the Sales team and work closely with various people within the organization to give excellent customer service to our customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of different customers and products portfolio to ensure excellence in customer service. You will be responsible to deliver financial targets for the customers in Services business and driving assigned product portfolio.
What you will do
As an Inside Sales Manager you will:
- Generate leads and opportunities by up/cross selling defined products/solutions based on customer data & by updating them on new products mainly via digital platforms
- Drives opportunity management creates solutions quote and present to customers with a value selling approach. Negotiates / closes deal
- Capture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques to configure solutions that maximize value for Customer & for Tetra Pak
- Leverage on digital platforms to drive sales efficiency and promote Tetra Pak portfolio
- Promote customer self-serve via digital & online platforms.
- Drives product deployment plans of Services products in collaboration with Portfolio Management
- Identify portfolio gaps or opportunities based on interaction with customers and address with respective Product Managers Sales Support and Portfolio team.
- Collaborates with external suppliers. Can be assigned as contact person to a specific supplier at market level.
- Understand & comply with Tetra Paks Commercial practices framework (including Pricing Contract terms & Authorisation matrix) regulatory framework & general code of conduct.
- Manage proper & timely documentation of Customer Files
We believe you have
- You are a person with strong customer service skills a drive for results and the ability to prioritise and deliver what is needed.
- You need to be a good stakeholder management person. To build and maintain successful relations with customers
- Solid experience with B2B account management sales Inside sales portfolio management with minimum 5 years in customer facing roles with proven track record
- Education: Business administration Engineering Food science or related field
- You are fluent in Thai & English
