Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and acquire new commercial insurance clients through direct outreach networking referrals and marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions.
• Identify and evaluate client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options from a range of commercial insurance products ensuring comprehensive protection for business operations.
• Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and company performance targets.
• Partner with underwriters account managers and other internal teams to develop competitive insurance proposals.
• Stay updated on insurance market trends regulations and available products to provide clients with optimal solutions.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with industry laws regulations and company policies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Valid and active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• Proven experience as an insurance producer or in a sales/business development role preferably in commercial insurance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products policies and risk management concepts.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and businesses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in insurance industry software and tools as well as general office applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve mutual goals.
