工作职责:
1根据公司智能制造战略以及中长期的目标规划分析各生产车间智能化需求 2负责公司智能数字化相关总体规划设计与实施
3识别当前生产流程中的自动化改进机会减少浪费
4公司内部智能化相关信息化自动化规划设计与推进推动智能制造项目在全公司的推广落实
5参与设备整体的智能规划模拟优化自动化升级改造等项目
6根据精益生产的原则和不同部门之间展开工作持续改进
7监控和跟踪项目进度并汇报给管理层
8供应商管理日常针对自动化/机器人供应商沟通及管理
9产线异常处理自动化负责分析和维护自动化设备运行中的设备故障
10新产品维护根据新产品的特性在现有的自动化设备实现自动化
11工作特性需要有积极的学习心态主动性以及抗压能力
任职要求:
1电气工程或机械工程自动化/人工智能相关本科及以上学位
2熟悉操作AutoCAD及3D设计软件和工厂模拟PLC 编程 3具备智能制造方面的技术基础熟悉视觉系统软件编程
4工作经验具有较强的学习能力研究分析能力及技术文档编写能力对产品设备流程软件有较强的认知力具有较强的团队协作与沟通能力有智能制造相关工作经验优先 5具有项目管理经验如果您有项目负责人和领导不同部门团队的经验那将是一个加分项 6具备精益制造知识
7具有良好的英语读听说能力者优先
