Job Summary

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university in a directly related field; Masters degree from an accredited university preferred.
  • 5 years in direct education preferred.
  • Familiar with logistical and research-based support elements of employee growth and development including providing onboarding support for new central staff employees to reduce attrition and meet the needs of all employees.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills including keeping attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Ability to following instructions set priorities and meet deadlines while coping in a fluctuating workload.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective online and in-person learning for adults.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills and experience working as a member of a team towards a common goal.
  • Develop the materials and train stakeholders on use of multiple performance management systems instructional strategies engagement strategiesinterventionandsupport and classroom management techniques.
  • Lead the coordination and project management efforts amongst stakeholders to identifyareas in need of instructional induction leader development relationship managementand conflict resolution support and trainings.
  • Continuously monitor data and use evidence-based findings to form onboarding retention and performance management initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current onboarding retention and professional development processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Execute large scaled district events; including but not limited to new hire orientation professional development training leader/manager training sessions and focus groups.
  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of job-specific professional development sessions for various roles.
  • Conduct analyze interpret and create action plans based on surveys and focus groups used to gather data for evaluating and adjusting districts mentoring program and centralstaff development programs.
  • Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
