Press Lead II

Key Responsibilities:

Follow directions of Supervisor(s) and Manager

Able to assume supervisor responsibilities over direct reports as required.

Work with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time.

Manage team efficiency and quality of work.

Schedule execution and management

Subject matter expert in both the Autoclave & Press Factory responsibilities.

Work with other Leads to achieve production daily tasks and goals.

Follow and Lead Standards for proper setup & production operations & safety protocols

Conduct interviews as required.

Maintain a clean and safe factory

Ability to train new operators

Forklifting

Safety Committee support and requirements

Adhere to all company rules policy & guidelines

Other duties may be assigned

Physical Demands:

Standing: Up to 10 hours

Walking: Up to hours

Required Physical Strength and Movement:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

Must be able to push and pull up to 100 lbs frequently including moving pallets carts and plastic sheets.

Must be able to assist with team lifting of loads exceeding 50 lbs occasionally

Must be able to stand for the entire length of shift (up to 10 hours)

Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment

Frequent bending standing walking twisting kneeling and reaching

Must be able to see hear and acknowledge critical safety instructions alarms and forklift traffic.

Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of both upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
