Home Care Compliance Coordinator

Preferred Care at Home of San Antonio North is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Home Care Compliance Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio TX. This role is pivotal in ensuring our home care services adhere to regulatory standards and company policies helping us deliver the highest quality of care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal home care regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to implement compliance initiatives.
• Provide training and education to staff on compliance protocols and best practices.
• Report compliance issues to management and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare compliance preferably in home care settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws regulations and accreditation standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed audits and produce comprehensive reports.
• Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare compliance is a plus.
