What You Will Get To Do:

  • Lead the Commercial Excellence framework establishing scalable reporting analytics SOPs and operational cadence to improve visibility consistency and growth enablement.

  • Own revenue intelligence and forecasting delivering accurate pipeline reporting trend analysis and actionable insights that strengthen commercial accountability and leadership decision-making.

  • Design and maintain scalable dashboards and performance reporting to provide clear visibility into revenue pipeline health and business performance.

  • Drive commercial process optimization identifying inefficiencies introducing automation and aligning workflows with enterprise tools and governance standards.

  • Provide structured program support and maintain clear commercial documentation ensuring consistent workflows ownership clarity and scalable execution across priority initiatives.

  • Coordinate financial and pipeline reporting cadences consolidating revenue activity and performance metrics into integrated leadership reporting.

  • Enable go-to-market execution strengthening pipeline quality CRM data integrity and sales readiness through GTM playbooks standards and commercial support.

  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales Product Technology Client Services and Marketing to ensure aligned execution program delivery and governance and compliance readiness.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience in commercial excellence revenue operations sales enablement or analytics.

  • Strong Salesforce reporting and CRM governance expertise.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional commercial or operational initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

  • Experience designing scalable processes SOPs and workflows.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High attention to detail strong organization and an ownership mindset.

  • Familiarity with institutional financial services preferred.
