As a senior you must also help and push the team being an example to othersand showing strong consistency throughout your work whether you are tackling body mechanics acting facial performance or final polish.

Responsbilities

  • Createsanimations at the highest artistic and technical level.

  • Worksclosely with the DirectorSupervisorandLeads in a team environment.

  • Collaboratesandproposesgenuine and unique acting ormovementfor each assignmentin alignment withthe story and context.

  • Plansher/hisown assignments to reachthe deadlinesconsidering the interaction withthe DirectorSupervisorsandLeads.

  • Keepsthe characters inmodel andrespectthe design of the production.

  • Isopentoprofessional feedback andpossible changesindirection during the animationprocess.

  • Keepsup on current artistic methodologiesand ontechnology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.

  • Works together with the teamproviding them withsupportguidanceand instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth.

  • Follows the Supervisors and Leads guidance.

Requirements

  • 5years in VFX or animation industries.

  • 3 years in the animation industry.

  • Strong artisticor/andtechnical aptitude related to 3D animation isamust.

  • Drawing skillsare desirable.

  • High English level desirable.

  • Spanish desirable.
