If so the Sourcing Manager role within our Commercial & Indirect Procurement team might be the perfect fit for you.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing across several commercial categories with a strong focus on onboard catering food & beverage and related services while also supporting additional indirect areas as business needs evolve. You will work closely with crossfunctional stakeholders in Commercial Onboard Products Operations and with our caterers and F&B suppliers to secure highquality products at the right cost.

Challenges you will work on:

In this exciting and varied role you will:
Lead end to end sourcing processes including analysis RFx commercial evaluation negotiation and contracting.
Drive structured and objective RFx processes ensuring transparency and systematic evaluation even in situations where requirements shift or where the business context is complex.
Manage supplier relationships across multiple catering partners F&B suppliers and packaging providers.
Navigate a complex supply chain involving perishable goods international logistics and multi station operations.
Collaborate closely with Onboard Products to translate customer and product needs into sourcing decisions.
Support implementation of new agreements with clear KPIs and governance structures.
Operate in a fast moving environment with shifting priorities and sometimes evolving processes flexibility structure and ownership are key.

The team

You will be part of the Commercial & Indirect Procurement team within SAS Procurement.
We are a high performing team that values collaboration curiosity accountability and continuous improvement.
We work closely with the broader Commercial organization and play a key role in enabling SASs customer experience.

To be successful we believe you have

A university degree in business engineering or equivalent. Formal education may be replaced by relevant and well documented professional experience within sourcing procurement or a comparable commercial role.
35 years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement preferably within airline hospitality transportation industries.
Independently and successfully led end to end RFx processes from initial requirements definition through supplier evaluation negotiations and contract finalization.
Strong analytical skills including ability to assess pricing models cost drivers and build business cases.
Comfort working in environments with ambiguous processes where prioritization can shift quickly.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
High proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.


Meriting experience

Experience from the airline industry especially catering onboard services or aviation supply chain.
Experience from food & beverage menu cycles food production or category work in FMCG.
Understanding of logistics flows (including cold chain) and supplier performance management.

Position: Fulltime (100%) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik Solna (Stockholm) and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option depending on the agreement made with your manager.
