Job Summary

About the project:

You will support customers of a well-known international subscription-based food delivery brand helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.


Your tasks:

  • Support customers via outbound calls email and chat
  • Help former or inactive subscribers return to the service
  • Answer questions about plans deliveries subscriptions and product options
  • Provide clear information and resolve issues efficiently


You only need:

  • Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2)
  • Communicative level of English language (at least B2)
  • EU citizenship or full working rights


Training:

  • Paid training for 6 working days 8 hours per day


Working conditions:

  • Full-time role 40 hours per week
  • Rotational shifts Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 21:00
  • Office-based role in Lisbon


Your rewards:

  • Sign-on Bonus: 1500 gross
  • Salary with accommodation: 1459.32 gross / month
  • Salary without accommodation: 1784.82 gross / month
  • Meal allowance included
  • Potential productivity bonus: up to 400 gross
