School Cleaning Supervisor

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time School Cleaning Supervisor to provide a professional facilities management service based at B98 0GF.

This position is to work for - Monday to Friday 2pm to 6pm

As per the necessities of this position all successful applicants will require a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced England & Wales) check to be conducted. By applying to this position you acknowledge that this is a requirement of the job role.

Due to Safeguarding legislation KCSIE 2025 we will also need to undertake further online checks and seeking previous employee references in writing.

You will receive 13.00 per hour paid Monthly unless specified otherwise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a cleaning team providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assign and delegate tasks to ensure that all areas are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and consistency in cleaning standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

About you

• You will be polite and have a passion for delivering a good service. You will be health and safety conscious when working within the workplace considering the environment and presence of others around you.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided however cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
