As a Senior Product Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions team you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of deposit products assisting with ideation design launch and ongoing management to help meet J.P. Morgans strategic objectives.
• Help develop and refine benefit calculation methods to maintain accuracy compliance and competitiveness.
• Work closely with technology operations risk compliance legal and sales teams to help deliver deposit solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in ensuring deposit products adhere to internal policies and external regulations.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and the client experience.
• Build knowledge of deposit structures pricing and benefit calculations and provide support to internal teams and clients as needed.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Familiarity with deposit products benefit calculation methods and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with some experience in project work.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a willingness to collaborate across different teams.
• Experience or exposure to legacy deposit platforms system workflows or end-to-end processes.
