REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 3 years of experience in product quality safety or inspections in origin.
-Good knowledge of general product safety requirements (multi-category).
-Experience in factory inspections and production follow-up.
-Valuable knowledge of furniture and/or lighting regulations.
-Experience working with suppliers and factories.
-Good communication skills.
-Availability to travel frequently within India.

FUNCTIONS:
Internal:
-Training commercial team regarding PHS requirements.
-Support and monitoring of PHS requirements in made in India productions.
-Reporting to PHS team and ZH Department Head in India
-Use of internal tools for testing and production follow-up.
External:
-Verify compliance with Product Health & Safety requirements across different product categories (textile furniture lighting decoration etc.).
-Monitoring pre-productions (review of the preproduction sample help with the management of analysis by the supplier and documentation required by the external laboratory).
-Monitoring analysis of the suppliers internal laboratories.
-Monitoring results before shipping.
-Follow-up of reoperation and corrective actions validating implementation in factory.
-Visits to suppliers and factories to reinforce control and/or analysis procedures.
-Review products during production and before shipment to identify potential risks or non-compliances.
-Training suppliers regarding PHS requirements and coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements.
-Design Corrective Action plans and continuous improvement strategy for suppliers
-Declarations of Conformity management.
-Facilitate communication between PHS requirements suppliers and China office.
-Tracking and monitoring production timings.

GMP and other technical audits (workshops and facilities):
-Monitoring of GMP and Safe to Wear audits.
-Reporting and coordination with Spain PHS manager of Corrective Action Plans.
-Factory visits and technical internal audits on production sites (eventually).
-Continuous evaluation of our suppliers in terms of Health and Safety and review with them to request action and improvement plans.

EDUCATION:
-University degree (Engineering Technical Quality or similar)
-Knowledge of computer tools at least Microsoft Office word excel
