Senior Delivery Consultant ( Financials, Supply, Chain Management & Corporate Performance)
Job Summary
Job purpose:
The Senior Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality implementation and optimisation services for TechnologyOne solutions. The role leads solution design guides clients through best-practice processes and ensures successful project outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline
The key roles and responsibilities of the role include:
- Solution Delivery Management o Work with the General Manager and customers to design solutions and determine project requirements for the implementation of TechnologyOne Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management.
- Strong experience delivering solutions within the TechnologyOne Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management.
- Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into system design.
- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the solution is robust secure and scalable before final deployment.
- Ensure effective support and troubleshooting post-implementation assisting clients with any issues related to the Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including clients business users and technical teams to define requirements manage expectations and ensure project success.
Project Quality & Excellence
- Ensuring projects are delivered in line with Avecs Governance and Quality expectations and the customers expectations.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks related to the delivery of Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management projects ensuring that risks are communicated and addressed proactively.
- Act as an escalation point for key project decisions and issues.
Customer Success Management
- Relationship Management across key customers and projects.
- Maintaining and fostering strong relationships with Customers Partners and Avec teams to ensure Project Success.
Project Delivery
- Advisory Solution Architecture Consulting Delivery and/or Program and Project Management across key Programs and Projects. (85% Utilisation)
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years experience with implementing and supporting TechnologyOne Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management.
- Excellent relationship management skills to build maintain and foster strong relationships with customers partners and internal teams.
- Can independently lead module streams workshops design and configuration.
- Functional and Technical knowledge of TechnologyOne Financials Supply Chain Management and Corporate Performance Management and proven experience in delivering solutions to customers ideally with experience in CiAnywhere compliance to help our customers achieve their strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects
