As a Registered Nurse at our Cranbourne North village you will be part of a team that provides quality aged care and creates the most enjoyable lifestyle to our care centre residents. What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care in line with AHPRA scope of practice
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff supporting a positive and collaborative team culture
• Respond to clinical situations emergencies and provide care to residents across the village as required
• Build strong relationships with residents families and the wider care team
• Contribute to a safe enjoyable and inclusive environment for residents staff and visitors
• Maintain professional development and uphold Summersets values in every interaction

Qualifications :

As an experienced Registered Nurse youre looking for a rewarding role where you can positively impact residents lives.

Youll bring with you:

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (current practising certificate required).
• A genuine interest in working with older people and an understanding of clinical services as they are delivered in a retirement village
• Demonstrated ability to take the lead remain calm under pressure and be emotionally resilient
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people from residents families and your colleagues
• Australian working rights
