Job Summary
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience creating technical or change enablement content for enterprise technology or SaaS implementations.
- Strong experience in identifying change impacts and translating them into communication engagement and training strategies.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to simplify IAM security or access-related concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working within structured project or program environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail collaboration and follow-through skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting IAM platform migrations (e.g. SailPoint) including access models and provisioning workflows.
- Background in security or compliance-driven initiatives requiring high accuracy in communication.
- Experience working with technical SMEs to validate IAM-related content such as FAQs and user guides.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Experience collaborating with training or learning teams on enablement strategies.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region technology deployments.
