As a Registered Nurseyoullsupport a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure highquality patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinicalexpertisein an environment built on teamwork learning and continuous improvement.
In this role you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices complete thoroughassessmentsand implement individualized care plans to supportoptimalrecovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians ancillarystaffand families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patients stay. Youmaintainaccuratetimelydocumentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration professionalism and accountability.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE)or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate
- Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practiceproficiency
- Must have at least 1years acute care RN experience required.
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
