Senior React Developer

About You

You are a frontend developer who enjoys building high-quality performant user interfaces using React. You have experience working on complex applications managing state integrating with APIs and delivering clean maintainable and user-friendly solutions.

You pay attention to detail take ownership of your work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are comfortable working in environments where AI is part of the development workflow using it to improve efficiency quality and the way you build and maintain frontend applications.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong experience with React (SPA applications).
• Advanced knowledge of state management patterns (Redux Context API or similar).
• Experience optimizing frontend performance.
• Solid understanding of UX and accessibility principles.
• Experience with frontend testing strategies (Jest React Testing Library or similar).
• Experience integrating frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on UI quality.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong ownership of frontend deliverables and code quality.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency is required as you will work directly with US-based clients.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.
• Build reusable and maintainable UI components.
• Manage application state across complex user flows.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate frontend solutions with backend services and APIs.
• Ensure UI quality usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with backend developers QA engineers and stakeholders.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
• Write clean consistent and maintainable code.
• Develop and maintain frontend tests.
• Document components and technical decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of frontend practices and standards
