To further improve our business operations and project delivery we are looking for a Team Support to join us. You will be integral to how we operate working closely with our leadership team to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of our business and our projects.

Your key responsibilities will be :

  • To prepare agendas attend meetings develop/produce presentations produce minutes and track actions for the project asrequired.
  • Arranging pre-meetings with internal/external parties to discuss meetingobjectivesandlogistics creating agendas/presentation material ensuring feedback/updates are communicated post workshop/meeting to the right parties.
  • Assistingin setting up interviews managing annual leave (ensuring adequate cover) and absence reporting.
  • Managing of project PPEmaintainadequate levels of PPE and distribution.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of tracking and reporting tools including weekly and monthly reports and presentations.
  • Helping solve administrative problems whererequired.
  • Supporting outside meetings. Locating venues ordering resources planningcateringand refreshments & occasionally acting as front of house / admin at these meetings.
  • Considering project legacy and in all decision making in the same way as cost risk and time
  • Delivering parent company programme governance requirements asrequired.

Furthermore you should:

  • Have previous experience of working in an administrative role for senior business leaders.
  • Have the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be able to communicate with all levels in an organisation to produce timely documents etc
  • Have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage pressure work with different leadership styles and ensure tasks are completed.
  • Have high degree of computer literacy including immediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word PowerPoint and Excel and other basic software with a willingness and skill to learnnew programsquickly.
  • Be willing and quick to learn new tools and systems
