Job Summary
- 12.71 per hour
- permanent position
- shifts between 12 noon and 8:00pm Monday to Friday
- Greeting guests arriving at the hotel
- Assisting with handling guests luggage
- Helping to escort guests to their rooms
- Answering any guest queries directing them to the correct department where necessary
- Helping to keep guest and public areas clean and tidy
- Working closely with other staff to ensure the safety of guests
- Assisting with room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities
Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to be a reliable team member
