Impact Officer (mfd) Financial Services

What youll do

As our new financial services impact officer (FSIO) youll play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing our financial services initiatives across our offices. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage schedules coordinate teams monitor pipelines and drive impactful communication within the financial services domain. Were looking for someone who brings strong organisational skills industry expertise and a passion for driving efficiency and quality in our consulting outputs.

The FSIO will be based in either Düsseldorf or Munich but will serve the entire Financial Services team at Implement across all global offices.

Key responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and manage the Financial Services Target Operating Model (TOM) meetings ensuring smooth collaboration and clear follow-up actions across offices.
• Support international bid and proposal processes connecting teams and maintaining quality and consistency.
• Monitor the Salesforce pipeline identify key opportunities and activate the financial services community to contribute their expertise.
• Keep the team informed about industry developments and opportunities translating insights into concrete actions.
• Manage and align the international events calendar ensuring visibility of relevant events and supporting follow-up to capture leads.
• Maintain and develop our knowledge base and reference-case library working with project leads and AI teams to ensure best practice sharing.
• Provide proposal and client meeting support ensuring efficiency quality and impact of deliverables.
• Help strengthen partnerships and capability mapping across markets to drive new business.
• Collaborate with other impact officers to share best practices and continuously improve our ways of working.

What youll bring
