HSBC Qianhai Securities Limited (HSBC Qianhai) a joint venture securities company was incorporated on 28 August 2017 pursuant to Supplementary Agreement X to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPA) between the mainland and Hong Kong.

The registered capital of HSBC Qianhai is RMB1.8 billion. The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC) holds 90% of the shares while Qianhai Financial Holdings Co. Ltd. (QFH) holds the remaining 10%. Our headquarters are located in Qianhai Shenzhen. We have branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai and a trading outlet in Qianhai Shenzhen.

Responsibilities of the role holder

• Execute PMs placements in the trading books including hedge trade execution risk management price taking and volatility management.
• Support desk to manage the liquidity risk and good relationship with counterparties.
• Sharing the market color popular trading strategies and execute the strategies proved by Team head preform back-test on hedging trading strategies.
• Collaborate with analysis on product design and pricing strategy.
• Demonstrate high professionalism.
• Understand follow and demonstrate full compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of HSBC also in line withthe Code of Conduct.
• Conduct and support BAU where applicable.

To be successful in the role you should meet the following requirements:

• MSc Degree in engineering/science/Finance related subject from Chinese/Overseas university.
• 3 year experience on FI products trading and has solid performance record.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• 5-year Working experience in onshore Chinese Fixed Income market.
• Eligibility to work in mainland China.
