Junior Sales

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Junior Sales to join our sales team. This is a growth role designed for a candidate with a technical mindset who wants to transition into a commercial career. You will be mentored to become a product specialist supporting our market expansion across Europe and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Assist in visiting assigned customers in the Mobile sector learning to identify new project opportunities for CH products.
• Reporting: Maintain accuracy in the CRM system by creating post-visit reports and tracking customer performance metrics.
• Market Analysis: Support the team in gathering data and updating market analyses to identify potential new clients and applications.
• Promotion & Training: Assist in delivering technical-commercial presentations and product training for customers and Sales Country Units.
• Sales Administration: Learn to prepare quotes define budgets and manage the PCR (Price Change Request) process for direct customers.
• Technical Collaboration: Provide on-site support to Engineering (ENG) and Service (SVM) teams during machine tests and prototype startups.

Qualifications :

• Education: Degree in Engineering Economics or related fields.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in a technical or commercial role (even internships in manufacturing are valued).
• Soft Skills: Strong customer orientation eagerness to learn and a proactive can-do attitude.
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Languages: Good command of English is essential.
• Travel: Full willingness to travel autonomously; must hold a valid drivers license.
