Youll work at the forefront of rare disease treatment building strong partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) driving patient identification and enabling access to life-changing therapies. Every day your work will help address unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes.
What Youll Do
- Lead with purpose: Build and nurture long-term relationships with HCPs providing expert education on rare diseases and Sobis innovative portfolio.
- Drive impact: Execute commercial strategies that deliver results achieve sales targets grow market share and remove barriers to patient care.
- Be the expert: Develop deep knowledge of therapeutic areas patient journeys multi-disciplinary teams and treatment options to support rapid diagnosis and optimal care.
- Collaborate for success: Work cross-functionally with marketing medical and patient support teams to deliver value-based solutions and impactful educational events.
- Innovate and adapt: Use data-driven insights CRM and digital tools to optimize engagement and territory planning.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in science medicine nursing pharmacy business or similar.
- 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/key account management experience in specialty care and/or rare diseases.
- Experience in rare ultra-rare or orphan disease areas (haematology/immunology and/or nephrology preferred).
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- Completed Medicines Australia CEP program and valid Australian drivers license.
- Willingness to travel as required to regional Victoria and Tasmania
