GENERATING VIRAL MOMENTS
As an expert on what *key moment* will make headlines on all major publications you ensure all Red Bull initiatives have what is needed for just that. You know how to create moments that both journalists and audience simply cant refuse but needs to share.
STORY FINDER
As communications manager you are the person who knows what story angles both will attract the attention of media while inspire people to live life to the fullest and in an authentic way integrate brand and can.
You create and identify story opportunities from Red Bulls initiatives and facilitate the translation of marketing ideas into engaging media products for managed owned and earned media channels.
CULTURE & SCENE ENGAGEMENT
You have a strong pulse on contemporary culture including areas such as pop music street dance and the electronic scene. You understand the dynamics key players and emerging trends within these spaces and know how to turn them into relevant communication opportunities. Experience and a network within these cultural playgrounds are highly valued.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
You will work closely with experts in content production and content programming and will act as the conductor of the orchestra while translating marketing initiatives into media products.
Youre responsible for creating project plans that are clear and understandable for stakeholders and youll establish the key milestones that take series events and content formats from concept to high quality quantifiable outcome.
MEDIA PARTNERSHIPS

And by building maintaining and leveraging your strong network of journalists and media companies you find synergies and foster strong holistic media partnerships that allows for distribution of unscripted serialized content livestreams or other formats that will give wings and inspire.
With this network you also take full responsibility for amplifying earned media activations with traditional and non-traditional medias.
You are also strong with media monitoring and analyzing day-to-day earned media while making data-driven adjustments in our communication strategy.
Qualifications :
Knows what story angles that will attract the attention of media
Youre creative and can come up with big ideas that makes people go
University degree in communications media digital or related field
5 years of experience as a communications/public relations professional in Communications PR Marketing media-led companies or a professional sports environment
Strong understanding of and interest in contemporary culture (e.g. pop music street dance electronic music scene); experience and network within these areas is considered a strong merit
Personal network of media PR agencies and freelancers within the Swedish media landscape.
Experienced with project management stakeholder management and communication skills.
An agile team player that knows how to get the work done adaptive well organized motivated and open-minded.
Fluent in Swedish proficient in English (written and spoken).
