Primary Job Responsibilities
- Manage FP&A workstreams: forecasting budgeting business reviews and reporting. Analyze business performance against key metrics. Highlight financial insights and drive necessary actions. Identify risks and opportunities; collaborate with regional leaders to drive growth and mitigate risks.
- Business Partnering: Support strategic planning and initiatives. Provide analytics to identify insights and growth opportunities.
- Drive alignment across teams: Through collaboration across stakeholders and functions. Partner with regional FP&A/Accounting teams for timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Excellence and Productivity: Improve processes analytics and dashboards. Streamline routine analysis through automation and develop business intelligence capabilities.
- Annual Operating Plan: Lead and coordinate the Global Annual Operating Plan for assigned area of responsibility. Prepare analysis for executive review.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support financial modeling analytics and investment proposals.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 5 years of experience preferably in a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with a tier 1 CRM and ERP system
- Experience with Power BI Tableau or other business intelligence platforms
- Proficient in Hyperion planning system Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting required
- Ability to leverage emerging technologies and AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
