Care Assistant

What Youll Be Doing As a Care Professional youll help clients live safely comfortably and independently in their own homes. Youll follow personalised care plans designed to promote dignity wellbeing and independence. Your responsibilities will include:

• Personal care (washing dressing toileting incontinence support)
• Medication support
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Shopping and practical daily tasks
• Light housekeeping (laundry cleaning tidying)
• Companionship and emotional support

Qualifications :

What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!) You dont need care experience just the passion to help others. Full paid training is provided along with ongoing support to help you grow. Were looking for:

• Genuine compassion and respect for others
• Reliability and a caring nature
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication and teamwork
