Support Worker

We are looking for people with kind compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Mansfield as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

Within this role there will be opportunity for personal & professional growth and development. Your onboarding will include industry leading induction processes and in-house training you will be furnished with the opportunity to complete your Care Certificates and if you so desire enrolment on City & Guilds NVQ level courses.

Qualifications :

We welcome anyone with experience to our team however full training is provided so no experience is necessary.

Must hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

• Flexible Working  variety of shift patterns between 07.00 - 21.00 seven days a week.
