AtKWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for an Expert HR Systems & Data Management (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global HR Expert this role you will contribute deep functional and technical expertise across HR systems organizational management and HR data processes. You will play a key role in ensuring globally harmonized compliant and efficient HR system landscapes while supporting continuous improvement and global HR projects. This is a full-time (38 hrs) temporary (15 years) position for maternity leave located in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute expert knowledge to global HR systems and data management concepts
• Translate HR concepts into technical system solutions and operational data processes
• Drive global standardization and harmonization of HR systems and job architecture
• Maintain global policies standards and frameworks
• Coordinate global HR IT projects rollouts testing and releases
• Act as interface between HR IT and Global Transaction Center
• Provide technical support and continuous process improvements

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Business Administration Organizational Management or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in HR systems and data management
• Strong experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• High IT affinity and analytical mindset
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
