People Services Coordinator (mfd)
Job Summary
- Be the first point of contact for everyday peoplerelated questions from employees
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle including preparing documents filing keeping HR systems up to date and providing adhoc support
- Own and manage the onboarding process
- Own document creation across the employee lifecycle
- Handle Tier 2 HR cases resolving them accurately and on time according to agreed service levels
- Work closely with Tier 1 (frontline support) and Tier 3 (specialist teams) to ensure smooth and timely case resolution
- Coordinate with IT/EUS Workplace Payroll and other teams to resolve issues effectively
- Ensure a high standard of service by following policies processes and performance targets
- Use the HR case management system to track document and update all cases accurately
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws working with senior team members when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and services and share feedback to enhance the employee experience
- Encourage employees and managers to use selfservice tools and provide guidance on how to use them effectively
Qualifications :
- Education in HR or similar and a strong interest in human resources
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion
- Strong communication skills written and verbal (German & English) with the ability to clearly support employees and managers
- Good problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to resolving employee and HR issues
- Team player who works well with other teams such as Payroll Legal and IT
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases set priorities and work well in a fastpaced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and everyday business tools (e.g. Outlook Teams)
