As the nextInterimStore Directorat Sephora you will overseeand manage the overall client service experience people development sales productivity merchandising operations and human resource functions of your store. Our Store directors ensure adherence to the Sephora concepts and culture ensuring maximum profitability and compliance with Sephorasobjectivesand policies.Reporting to the DistrictManagerthe Store Directorsteamcan include our Talent & Business Operations Managers Client Experience Managers and Beauty Services interim roles are fixed contract positions that have a definitive end date. Whatyoullbe doing as anInterimStore Director at Sephora

Store Budget & Business Results.

• Forecast sales and payroll with your District Manager to drive store results.

• Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales results and communicate with staff members.

• Achieve stores sales plans and operating profits whilemaintainingexpenses. While managing and measuring the effectiveness of business strategies adjusting when needed.

• Develop strategies to growbusinessleveragingthe customer loyalty program events product knowledge and services.

Human Resources.

• Maintainoptimumstore staffing levels to deliver an exceptional client experience while adhering to budgetary goals.

• Recruit interview and hire for all positions according to business needs.

• Train coach delegate to supervise and motivate department Managers and Leads to develop their leadership and business skills.

• Ensure a coaching culture is present that includestimelyacknowledgement of successes and feedback on opportunities. Both through day-to-day coaching and through quarterly development meetings.

Merchandising and Operations.

• Conduct inventoriesmaintainupdated inventory records and communicate inventory issues/concerns to key stakeholders.

• Make strategic and innovative merchandising decisions by Sephorasconceptswhen necessary to grow the business.

Wedlove to hear from you if

• You havea minimum of5 years of senior management experience in the beauty retail or customer service industry.

• You have a proventrack recordof coaching a high-performing team and have a passion for training development and education.

• You havepreviousexperience recruiting staffing and hiring across all store positions including leadership.

• You are effective in time management problem-solving and communication both verbal and written. With experience in Windows Word and Excel.

• You have no difficultymaintainingcomposure andpossessstrong managerial courage to have tough conversations when needed.

• You have strong business acumen and the ability to analyze sales trends and react appropriately with a proventrack recordof meeting or achieving targets or KPIs.

Location Availability and Physical Requirements-

• On-site: You willwork at the location specified in the job posting.

• Scheduling: Flexibility is key! We need you to be available during evenings weekends and holidays when our clients are eager to shop and explore.

• Physical Requirements:Our stores are a fragrance-filled environment. You must be ableto bend and stretch to stock shelves as well as lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
