La Gestion de patrimoine privé Conseil en placement privé offre à une clientèle à valeur nette élevée une approche globale de découverte et de planification menant à des conseils et à des solutions personnalisées. Grâce à un processus de découverte distinct et à une approche intégrée et collaborative léquipe élabore des stratégies patrimoniales adaptées aux besoins uniques de chaque client.

Les membres de léquipe travaillent en étroite collaboration afin de prendre en charge lensemble de la relation client et doffrir toute la gamme des services de Gestion de patrimoine TD notamment le Conseil en placement privé la Gestion privée de placements les Services bancaires privés les Services fiduciaires privés les Services-conseils en gestion de patrimoine et les Services dassurance.

La famille de postes Direction des ventes et du soutien regroupe des rôles responsables de la gestion des professionnels des ventes et du soutien en gestion de patrimoine afin doffrir un service exceptionnel à la clientèle. Ces rôles assurent la mise en œuvre de la vision de la culture et de la stratégie de la Gestion de patrimoine privé sur le terrain tout en favorisant un environnement inclusif et diversifié au sein de chaque succursale ou centre.

Le ou la Gestionnaire Service à la clientèle Gestion des placements dirige une équipe de personnel de soutien hautement qualifié et assure les opérations quotidiennes dune succursale dynamique tout en soutenant la gestion du changement lamélioration continue des processus et le respect des exigences réglementaires et de contrôle.

Responsabilités principales

  • Superviser et gérer les opérations quotidiennes de la succursale

  • Encadrer et développer les employés afin quils identifient de façon proactive les besoins des clients et atteignent les objectifs daffaires et de rendement

  • Diriger les processus de recrutement et de sélection pour les postes de soutien afin dassurer une main-dœuvre qualifiée et diversifiée

  • Soutenir lintégration et la formation continue des employés

  • Promouvoir un environnement de travail équitable inclusif et collaboratif

  • Contribuer à létablissement des objectifs de rendement assurer le suivi et gérer la performance de léquipe

  • Participer aux appels nationaux et régionaux et fournir des commentaires et rétroactions

  • Contribuer aux améliorations opérationnelles et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles politiques et procédures

  • Assurer un haut niveau dexpérience client en tenant compte de la rétroaction et en prévenant les enjeux de service

  • Diriger les projets et initiatives nationaux et locaux

  • Soutenir la gestion du changement et ladoption rapide des nouvelles pratiques

  • Appuyer léquipe dans la résolution des enjeux opérationnels et des demandes descalade

  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires des contrôles internes et du Code de conduite de la Banque

Exigences et compétences

  • Minimum de 7 ans dexpérience pertinente en gestion de personnel

  • Connaissance approfondie de la gestion de patrimoine de lindustrie et des marchés

  • Solides compétences en gestion des personnes coaching et gestion des parties prenantes

  • Excellentes capacités danalyse de gestion des processus et de prise de décision

  • Capacité à gérer des situations complexes critiques ou à risque élevé

Formation et certification

  • Diplôme post secondaire ou universitaire

  • Volonté dobtenir le permis de représentant en investissement (RI) auprès de lOrganisme canadien de réglementation des investissements (OCRI) dans les six (6) mois suivant lentrée en fonction
