Job Description:
As an Office Technician you will be an essential part of a team that supports Nebraskans in need by assisting with clerical duties ensuring accuracy in documentation and processing important requests. You will help keep vital information flowing smoothly directly contributing to the success of our divisions mission to provide care and support to children and families in Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support for the Fremont local office and front desk
Assist supervisors and team members with various administrative tasks
Perform data entry filing sorting and handling of mail
Help in processing transportation requests and assisting youth with appointments
Monitor a fleet of cars used for transportation
Prepare case documentation for workers and legal parties
Scan documents into NFOCUS and ensure records are up-to-date
Print reports for workers on performance indicators
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all records
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience in public contact customer service and/or performing and applying office/clerical support procedures including the use of a personal computer associated software and office equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with the public and answering phones
Experience with confidential information handling
Familiarity with entering information into databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Nuance)
Other: A valid drivers license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
