We are looking for an Operational / Store Steward Manager to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding and store operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
• Manage the receiving storage issuing and control of food beverage and operating supplies
• Ensure accurate inventory management stock rotation (FIFO) and proper storage practices
• Conduct quality checks on incoming deliveries to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Implement and monitor hygiene sanitation and food safety standards across stewarding and storage areas
• Supervise train schedule and develop stewarding and store associates
• Ensure proper use handling and maintenance of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Control operational costs through effective inventory planning and waste management
• Coordinate with Culinary F&B Procurement and Engineering teams for operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and hotel policies at all times

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stewarding stores or operational management preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of hygiene food safety standards and inventory control procedures
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams
• Strong organisational communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced highvolume environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Computerliterate with knowledge of inventory or stock management systems
