Job description

FINANCE & OPERATIONS:

- Support the daily operation of Finance modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O including: General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets Cash and Bank Management

- Support Procurement Sales and Inventory modules including: Purchase Orders Sales Orders Inventory Management Warehouse-related processes

- Assist end-users in troubleshooting system issues and resolving operational problems.

- Monitor financial purchasing sales and inventory data to ensure transactions are processed correctly.

- Coordinate with IT teams and external consultants to analyze and resolve system issues.

- Participate in system testing (UAT) when new features updates or improvements are implemented.

- Provide training and guidance to users on ERP business processes.

- Support continuous improvement of business processes within the ERP system.

PRODUCTION & SUPPLY CHAIN:

- Support the daily operation of Production and Supply Chain modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O including: Production Orders Bill of Materials (BOM) Routing Inventory Management Production Costing

- Support users in managing and processing production transactions such as: Creating production orders Starting production Report as Finished Ending production

- Assist end-users in troubleshooting system issues and resolving production-related operational problems.

- Monitor production and inventory transactions to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.

- Coordinate with IT teams and external consultants to analyze and resolve system issues.

- Participate in system testing (UAT) when new features updates or improvements are implemented.

- Provide training and guidance to users on ERP production and manufacturing processes.

- Support continuous improvement of manufacturing and supply chain processes within the ERP system.

Job requirements

- Bachelors degree in: Manufacturing Management Supply Chain Industrial Engineering Information Systems or related fields.

- Preferably ERP-related (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals etc.) and finance/accounting certifications.

- More than 2 years of experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Dynamics AX is preferred.

- Willing to learn new things

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
