Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating and monitoring the delivery of goods and materials to customers

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory shipments and deliveries

- Assist in the planning and scheduling of shipments ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

- Monitor and track shipments providing updates to the logistics team and customers as needed

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of goods

- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance procedures

- Maintain a safe and organized working environment adhering to all safety and security protocols

Requirements:

- At least high school graduate

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Must be willing to work in Marikina City Metro Manila
