About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead and support data migration and conversion activities across critical projects. This role requires strong coordination analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing complex data migration processes within enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality data transitions supporting project timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Migration Delivery
  • Drive end-to-end data migration and conversion services within projects
  • Manage migration activities aligned with project scope timelines and deliverables
  • Integrate data migration tasks into overall project plans
• Stakeholder & Project Coordination
  • Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders across business and IT teams
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on data requirements
  • Support knowledge transfer on data conversion processes and rules
• Execution & Support
  • Coordinate and support execution of data migration activities
  • Handle complex data conversion and migration requests
  • Provide second-level support for data migration tools
• Cutover & Data Readiness
  • Drive and support data-related cutover activities
  • Ensure data integrity and readiness during project go-live phases
• Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Perform detailed analysis of data issues and inconsistencies
  • Maintain and improve data conversion tools and processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaboration & Governance
  • Actively participate in the Data Migration Network (LDOs and collaboration teams)
  • Engage in IT communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to IS/IT security and compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience

• 68 years of experience in data migration and data conversion projects
• Strong experience in project-based data migration delivery
• Proven ability to manage complex data migration scenarios
• Experience working with data migration tools and support processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot data-related issues
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
