Main Duties:

Lead procurement strategy including budgeting sourcing and supplier performance
Manage supplier lifecycles from qualification and contracting to ongoing relationships
Oversee compliant operations including ERP data requisitions and MRP-driven orders
Coordinate non-stock orders across departments to ensure timely business alignment
Drive stakeholder alignment for effective supply planning and technical coordination
Ensure supply continuity managing imports and resolving returns or deviations
Lead audit readiness and maintain strict adherence to GMP and Quality systems
Analyze and improve processes to drive operational excellence and efficiency

What skills do you need

MQF Level 6 qualification or Level 5 with relevant supply chain experience
Pharma experience with GDP knowledge or SAP proficiency is preferred
Excellent English communication; proficiency in Maltese is an asset
Familiarity with customs documentation and dangerous goods handling is desirable
Proven track record in strategic sourcing negotiations and contract management
Strong experience with ERP systems and specialized procurement tools
In-depth knowledge of GMP and quality compliance requirements

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
