Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced BPO Recruiter based in Malaysia to support high-volume recruitment projects remotely. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and help scale teams for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support Tech Support Back Office etc.)
- Source and attract candidates through job boards social media and networking
- Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
