Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and experienced BPO Recruiter based in Malaysia to support high-volume recruitment projects remotely. You will manage the full recruitment cycle and help scale teams for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (Customer Support Tech Support Back Office etc.)
Source and attract candidates through job boards social media and networking
Screen and interview candidates efficiently in high-volume environments
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Requirements
Proven experience in BPO or high-volume recruitment
Strong understanding of the Malaysian talent market
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
