Job Description: Bluespirit a leading airport management company is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to join our team in Bengaluru Karnataka India. As a Front Office Executive you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner 2. Handle all front desk duties including answering phone calls responding to emails and managing guest inquiries 3. Check-in and check-out guests ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are completed accurately 4. Maintain and update guest records and reservation information 5. Assist guests with luggage and provide them with information about the airport and local area 6. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner 7. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Proven experience in a customer service role preferably in the hospitality industry 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 7. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays 8. Must be fluent in English and Hindi knowledge of other languages is a plus 9. Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time 10. Must have a professional and presentable appearance.
