We are looking for a Digital Activation & CRM Manager who will be responsible to/in:
- Co-ordinate oversee and manage agencies to evaluate design & develop Digital Media as a key effective communication channel for Nestle brands with evolving targets.
- Overall management of all online platforms including but not limited to website social media platforms and IAM (identity access management) systems
- Enhancing Nestle consumer communications through continuous adoption of new media and effective integration with traditional media.

- Establish the Digital Roadmap for Nestle Singapore
- Drive Digital and Media strategies for respective brands
- Qualitative contributions to Digital
- Managing various Media Call-centre and Website agencies
- Drive CRM strategy for Nutrition
What Will Make You Successful...
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Content Management System (CMS) interfaces analytical solutions. Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge and experience with managing CRM programmes
- Good knowledge of Digital trends usage and effectiveness of Digital Media (Display Social Mobile Video etc) SEO SEM and CRM and understanding the role and how to integrate Digital Media in through the line campaigns
- Good analytical data interpretation and presentation skills
- Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication major in Advertising / Marketing an added advantage
- At least 6-7 years working experience in overall management of media campaigns and digital platforms with minimum 2 - 3 years of managing CRM programmes
- Comfortable with working in high-paced environment
- Experience in CPG industry an added advantage
