Werehiring an Investment Data and Reporting Manager to strengthen how investment insight supports business decision making across Royal London.
Sitting within the Investment Solutions team in our Adviser & Customer function this role focuses on shaping clear trusted investment insight that helps leaders customers and partners understand performanceriskand outcomes.
Youlltake ownership ofensuring reporting is consistent audience-led anddecision ready. Alongside enhancing core investment reportingyoullplay a key role in improving data qualityprocessesand controls and in setting clear Sources of ow investment proposition data is governed prioritised and communicated across the business
This is a highvisibility role with genuine ownership whereyoullwork closely with senior stakeholders and influence how investment insight is used to support strategy and customer outcomes.
About the role
Lead the delivery of clearconsistentand purposeful investment insight forcustomers advisers employers as well assenior leadersandgovernance forums
Own and evolve investment data Sources of Truth embedding strong governance clarity of ownership and consistency of use
Design and embed investment reporting that is tailored to different audiences enabling effective decision making rather than just information delivery
Set and manage reporting priorities balancing demandtimelinesand resources across the team
Strengthen endtoend reporting processes riskmanagementand control frameworks
Act as a key point of contact for thirdparty data and reporting providers overseeing service quality issueresolutionand continuous improvement
About you
Strong understanding of investment solutions and how they support business and customer outcomes (IMC qualified or equivalent preferred)
Experience delivering investment reportingto various audiences in particular retail customers andmanagement information to senior andnontechnicalstakeholders
Experience seeking feedback and insight to continually improve the quality of reporting.
Proven ability to translate complex data intosimpleclearand easy to understand formats. Ability to buildbusiness focusedinsight that supports decisions and debate
Knowledge of data governance controls andthe broadregulationssurrounding investment reporting
Confident communicator comfortable engaging influencing and challenging a wide range of stakeholders
Strong organisational prioritisation and decisionmaking skills with a continuous improvement mindset
