Your new role
As a Senior Medical Representative youll be at the forefront of bringing Novo Nordisks innovative treatments to healthcare professionals and patients in Baranya county. Youll combine strategic territory management with genuine relationship building to ensure our medicines reach those who need them most.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting Novo Nordisk products through multiple channels within your designated territory working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Planning and conducting the required number of visits to defined target groups maintaining strong engagement with key stakeholders
- Organizing and delivering regional educational events that empower healthcare professionals with the knowledge they need
- Representing Novo Nordisk at medical events showcasing our commitment to innovation and patient care
- Identifying high-potential sales opportunities and developing strategies to maximize impact in your territory
- Building sustainable trust-based relationships that increase customer loyalty and strengthen Novo Nordisks presence in the region
- Developing regional action plans aligned with sales and marketing business goals

Your skills & qualifications
Were looking for an experienced medical representative who thrives on building relationships and driving impact in a complex healthcare environment. Youll bring with you:
- University or college degree in science or healthcare
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of success
- Excellent sales presentation and communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with diverse healthcare professionals
- Strong relationship-building abilities with demonstrated experience in nurturing long-term customer partnerships
- Deep knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market in Hungary
- Valid drivers license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Hungarian and intermediate level of English (written and spoken)

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
