Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Pendleton OR
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts (40 hours/week)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care (LTC) setting. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities monitor health status and support the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities
• Assist patients with personal hygiene including bathing dressing and toileting
• Help patients with mobility including walking standing and transferring
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients to prevent pressure injuries
• Respond promptly to patient calls and provide appropriate assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure temperature pulse and respiration
• Track and document food/fluid intake and output
• Communicate patient conditions and changes to nursing staff
• Support dietary needs by following patient restrictions and preferences
• Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment

Requirements:

• Active CNA license in the state of Oregon
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• 12 years of recent experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
