As a Salesforce Platform Administrator you willbe responsible formaintainingand developing solutions within the Salesforce platform. Your role will involve translating user needs into high-quality technical solutions ensuring our Salesforce environment isoptimizedand efficient. You will play a crucial role in helping Axis achieve its ambitious goals by providing top-notch Salesforcesolutionsand support.Yourwillsit together with the rest of the team in Lund.

The team is composed of various roles including IT product owners architects technical lead production lead salesforcedevelopersand admins.

You will also collaborate with business analysts and business product owners to refine and process requests and have close collaboration with other teamscreatesolutions that span over multiple systems.

WhatYoullDo Here as a Salesforce Platform Administrator
As a highly capable Salesforce administrator you will ensure that Axis maximizes the benefits of the Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translating user needs into technical solutions using Salesforce standards like flows forms and other platform tools.
- Creating andmaintainingsystem support for our business processes.
- Developing dashboards and reports toprovideclear insights for our sales marketing and support colleagues.
- Ensuring our Salesforce platformremainsclean structured and optimized.
- Sharing knowledge and contributing to the growth of competence within our team.
Additionally you will:
- Manage data quality and dataflow within the Salesforce platform and integrated systems.
- Participate in and take responsibility for planning and estimating your work and the teams work.
- Advocate for Salesforce standard solutions and educate others on their use.
Who Are We Looking For
We are seeking a passionate problem solver and team player with at leastmanyyears of experience as a Salesforce administrator. You should be able to understand needs and translate them into technical solutionsforeseeand explain the consequences of decisions and have a hunger for continuous learning.
The ideal candidate willlive up tothe following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a Salesforce Admin role with a proventrack recordof successful project implementations.
- In-depthexpertisein Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Account Engagement within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience working in large global enterprise companies with a deep understanding of complex business processes and systems.
- Knowledge of governance models such as ISO or SOX and experience implementing andmaintainingthese standards.
- Salesforce Advanced Admin certification is andadditionalSalesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- A strong commitment to team collaboration and mentoring with experience guiding and developing junior team members.
- A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability toidentifyand implement process improvements and innovations.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
