About the role

As part of our ongoing Transformation Programme we are looking for a proactive TestAnalystwith demonstrable experience of the Workforce Software Application and or the Kronos Workforce Management Solution. This is a contract role expected last 6 months.

Main responsibilities

In this role youll:

• Perform various tasks including functional/Unit Data Migration Testing Regression System Integration and User Acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the QA process and best practice.
• Create and maintain test documentations including business scenarios test scripts and test summary reports.
• Supportthe Test Manager for Project and reporting activities.
• Identify document and track defects using ALM/SharePoint Defect logging tools resolution and reporting.
• Business test coordination andsupportfor software lifecycle test phases.

Experience & qualifications

To be successful in this role youll need:

• Hands on testing experience of the Workforce Software application and or the Kronos Time & Attendance Solution
• Experience of Data Migration testing from Source to Target system
• To have ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification or equivalent
• Considerable hands-on experience as a TestAnalyst.
• A developedunderstandingof software testing methodologies and best practice.
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues clearly and concisely across suppliers business stakeholders and project teams
• Stakeholder Engagement experience
