Junior Replenishment Planner - Your future role
In this role you will perform Replenishment Planning processes in accordance with defined standard operating procedures and aid peers on overall Replenishment Planning team activities. You will contribute to the achievement of Replenishment Planning performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
Main responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations in the Replenishment Planning area
For Givaudan affilliates buys:
Conversion of material requirements (PRs) into stock transfer orders (STOs) in SAP check if the data is correct (QC Incoterms routes packaging price Kosher Halal Dairy)
Ensure timely STO arrival with proper milestone follow up
Communication and management of inbound check-points with 3 PL 4PL and road hub transportation teams
Find alternative sources by analyzing stocks and demand in affiliates when there is an issue with the current source
Manage escalations for open orders
Supports STO non-conformance and returns
Build constructive and effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Communicate effectively with internal peers through communication tools
Adherence to service level policies and procedures
KPIs update and development
Your professional profile includes:
1 years of experience in Planning Logistics Foreign Trade or Purchasing field
University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Fluent English on a business level
Experience with SAP PP/MM module is an advantage
Good MS Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
Experience of knowledge transfer activity or working in a shared service center is an advantage
