Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega QA Engineer with a strong background in Pega development and testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Pega applications through rigorous testing methodologies. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega systems and the ability to work collaboratively within a software development team.

Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts for Pega applications.
Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure application quality.
Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
Participate in code reviews and provide input on best practices for testing.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Provide status reports and updates to project stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge and experience in Pega development and testing.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases for Pega applications.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with performance testing tools.
Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
Certifications in Pega or QA methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on Pega applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
