The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Controller to join our this role You will be supporting cash optimization weekly review of receivables overdue and retentions quarterly cash flow forecast systematic focus on future billing. You will be reviewing and preparing of LC commercial invoice supporting and LC negotiations.
How youll make an impact
- Timely resolving of ERs and communication back to the employees.
- Cost controlling and CC reporting to functional manager monthly.
- Following up on time sheet report and receive the data from employees or departments; checking actual hours charged with PMs or RPMs booking in SAP.
- Checking invoices for Parts sales and release in SAP. Support with review of LC Commercial invoices and preparation of LC negotiation documents.
- Weekly reviewing of receivables overdue retentions quarterly cash flow forecast and systematic focus on future billing.
- Being Responsible for the CIT and Payment Proposal - to check with SCM / Project Management; getting the corrections in CIT / Payment Proposal before the monthly cut-off dates.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on quality improvements and objectives.

Your background
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proactive Self-Motivated Flexible.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
