About the opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Partner Management

  • Own and manage relationships with global distribution partners
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for distributors ensuring strong engagement and alignment
  • Build joint business plans with distributors to drive pipeline growth and revenue performance
  • Regularly review partner performance against targets KPIs and forecasts

Revenue Growth & Commercial Execution

  • Drive new business and expansion revenue through distribution channels
  • Support distributors inidentifying qualifying and closing commercial opportunities
  • Manage pricing structures and commercial negotiations within agreed frameworks
  • Forecast accurately andmaintaina strong predictable channel pipeline

Enablement & Go-to-Market

  • Enable distributor sales teams through training product updates and commercial guidance
  • Collaborate on joint go-to-market campaigns promotions and regional initiatives
  • Ensure distributors are fully equipped to position Exclaimers value proposition effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Marketing Partner Enablement Customer Success and Product teams
  • Provide market and partner feedback to inform product development and GTM strategy
  • Ensure consistent messaging and execution across regions and partners

Reporting & Governance

  • MaintainaccurateCRM records forecasts and partner activity reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Exclaimers partner policies and commercial standards
  • Track market trends and competitive activity within assigned regions

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience inchannel sales distribution management or partner account management
  • Strong commercial acumen witha track recordof delivering revenue through indirect sales models
  • Experience working withglobal distributors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners across different regions and time zones
  • Strong forecasting pipeline management and CRM discipline

Desirable

  • SaaS cloud or B2B software experience
  • Experience in email productivity security or Microsoft ecosystem solutions
  • Knowledge of international channel models and commercial frameworks
